Carpet Cleaning

Carpet in a commercial space collects dust, tracked-in grime, and spills that daily vacuuming leaves behind. Over time, the fibers get matted and the room looks dull. Customers call when they notice stains, musty smells, or traffic lanes that won't lift. They need a deep clean that restores appearance and extends the carpet's life.

We start by inspecting the carpet and spot-treating stains with a pH-neutral pre-spray. High-traffic areas get a second application. Then we run a hot water extraction machine—either a truck-mounted unit for high water flow or a portable for upper floors. The machine injects hot water mixed with cleaning solution, then vacuums it back out, carrying dirt and allergens with it.

Job cost varies with total square footage, soil level, and fiber type. Heavy grease or set-in stains require more dwell time and sometimes a second pass. Furniture that needs moving adds labor. Access matters: a ground-floor entrance with a hose hookup is faster than multiple flights of stairs. Drying time depends on humidity and airflow.

On the day, our crew moves furniture and protects baseboards with plastic. We work room by room, extracting as much water as possible. After cleaning, we apply a light grooming to lift the pile. Drying takes a few hours with fans running. Customers should clear small items and note any spots they want treated. Afterward, avoid heavy traffic until dry.
