Post-construction cleaning is the last step before a new build or renovation becomes usable. After the contractors pack up, a fine layer of dust settles on every surface—window sills, vent grilles, cabinet tops, and inside light fixtures. The customer is typically eager to move in or open for business, but the space still feels gritty and unfinished. Standard cleaning won't cut it; this job requires a systematic approach to remove construction residue without damaging freshly installed finishes.

We begin with a rough pass, removing large debris like drywall scraps, nails, and packaging. Then we switch to HEPA-filtered vacuums to capture fine dust from carpets, hard floors, and upholstery. We wipe down walls and baseboards with damp microfiber cloths, clean windows inside and out, and detail window channels and tracks. Kitchens and bathrooms installed during the build get a thorough scrub—inside cabinets, behind toilets, and under sinks. Finally, we mop all hard surfaces and do a last inspection for smudges or residue.

Each job varies based on the project's size, condition, and access. A full home renovation leaves more dust than a small bathroom remodel, and a multi-story commercial space takes longer than a single-level office. The type of flooring matters—carpet holds more dust than tile, and unfinished wood needs special care. Weather plays a role too: high winds can blow dust back in through open doors, and monsoon humidity can make sticky residues harder to remove.
